A good internet connection (4G or quicker) 2 Mbps or faster

Speaker & Microphone

Built-in microphone or one with wireless bluetooth connection

Webcam

Built-in or USB webcam

Quiet Room

A distraction free or quiet room

Getting Started

Joining the class

I have some questions

I already have a Zoom account

If you already have a ZOOM account, simply open your App and click Join. You can then enter the Meeting ID you received in the email from your course coordinator

I can't connect to my classroom

Make sure you have a good internet connection first. We also suggest using a laptop or desktop computer. If you are getting a particular error code, let us know and we will see how we can help.

I don't have a good internet connection

If your internet connection isn’t the quickest, we recommend using a mobile hotspot from your mobile device.

I am running late for my virtual class

No problem. Just let your course coordinator know either by email or phone.
