After registering/purchasing for any ACE AVIATION training program, you will receive an email confirmation about your registration.
After registration, you will be issued with a username and password to access online learning content. Your login details will become active within 30 minutes of signing up. If you are having issues logging in, just let us know.

This contains details about the location of the training, course time table & other valuable information for you to read prior to the course start date. Exact details about the training will be emailed to student before the start of the training week.

Ace Aviation facilitates the sub 25kg training through a 3rd party arrangement. In case of any unfortunate events of the 3rd party training provider (e.g compliance issues, suspension of operation, bankruptcy, suspension of ReOC to conduct training, liquidation etc) Ace Aviation does not assume any risk related to your training of your sub 25kg component of the course.
During this event, Ace Aviation will refund you the sub 25kg training cost which is $600.
Applies to all the programs advertised on ace aviation’s website. All students are required to complete at least 30 hours of online self study via the online portal before coming to class. Coming to class for the In Class Day training without going to the online material may affect your learning experience thus trainer may refuse you to attend the training week. To be rescheduled due to this reason will incur to Reschedule Fee due to Non-Preparedness which is at $500.

It is Ace Aviation’s discretion to assist individual on their ReOC written assessment and phone interview.
RePL application may only be submitted to CASA:

Certificate III in Aviation (Remote Pilot Line of Sight) certificate and transcript will only be provided if the invoiced course fee has been fully paid.
If student decided to change/move training schedule:
All online credit card transactions performed on the ACE AVIATION’s website, using the Stripe payment gateway, are secured payments.
The following security measures are applied to these payments:
• Payments are fully automated with an immediate response;
• Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Ace Aviation or any outside party;
• All transactions are performed under 256 Bit SSL Certificate;
• All transaction data is encrypted for storage within Stripe’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data;
• Stripe is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian and New Zealand banks;
• Stripe at no time touches your funds; and
• all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by Ace Aviation Pty Ltd.
COVID – 19 UPDATE
If you’ve booked your course prior to 1st of March and are no longer able to attend the course due to lockdowns in regards to Coronavirus pandemic, we’ll assist you to make changes to your booking, removing any change or cancellation fees.
Please note that refund is not applicable for students who wish to cancel their course during this time as Ace Aviation will be making all efforts to provide the most flexible learning experience for our students to complete their course during this challenging period.
