Registering your interest to undertake a training program with Ace Aviation, can be done by:
Once you have registered for an Ace Aviation training program, you will receive an email confirmation from us with a training agreement. The training agreement will outline the details of the course you selected during the registration process, course fees, and other important information about the course.
If any information in the training agreement is incorrect or you do not understand the terms and conditions of the training agreement, please contact one of our sales team to discuss. Do not sign the training agreement until all information is correct and you understand the terms and conditions of the training agreement.
Although there is a two (2) day cooling off period from the date of signing the training agreement, it is very important that you carefully read the training agreement and ensure it is correct, before you sign it.
Once the two (2) day cooling off period expires, the training agreement is a legally binding agreement between you and Ace Aviation, which means that you and Ace Aviation are legally required to fulfil the terms and conditions in the training agreement, including payment of the course fees outlined in the training agreement.
If you wish to change your mind after signing the training agreement and within the 2-day cooling off period, please ensure you contact us via [email protected] (To notify us of your intention not to continue with the training agreement).
Once the two (2) day cooling off period expires, you will be issued with a username and password to access online learning content. The learning portal will only be activated when you have made payment of the course fees, as outlined in the training agreement.

Payment Terms
Payment of course fees can be made instantly via selecting the credit card or PayPal option on Terms of Signup section of this agreement.
For bank transfer option, an invoice will be issued to you and a payment towards this invoice shall be made within STRICTLY seven business days (7) from date of the invoice for the full amount unless an alternative payment arrangement has been discussed and agreed in writing. For other payment options such as ZeeFi, Payleadr etc, upon signing the training agreement, you are agreeing to undertake the course with us, and you will be automatically liable to make a full payment of the course fees in the training agreement. In circumstances where your chosen payment option is not accepted, Ace Aviation will issue an invoice to you outlining when the final payment is due.
Should payment of course fees not be made by you within STRICTLY seven (7) business days after the invoices is issued, Ace Aviation reserves the right to commence external debt collection and/or commence legal action for breach of the training agreement.
For students who are seeking co-contribution from the government (SCOW), the due date for the invoice is left open, until notification is provided to Ace Aviation as to whether government co-contribution has been accepted to rejected.
Once you have paid the course fees, you will receive an email along with a SMS which will allow you to plan your entire journey with us. (Face to face webinars, practical training, theory exams etc.).
You will also be issued with a username and password to their “student centre” which will become active within 30 minutes after enrolling with Ace Aviation.

From the time of purchase of your course, your logins will only be valid for a period of 12 months. Your purchased/enrolled course is also valid for only 12 months. If you have questions regarding your registration, please contact on [email protected]
No refund will be provided for students who request a refund once Ace Aviation has received a full payment from either SCOW.
Certificate III in Aviation Program
Certificate III in Aviation Program is delivered on behalf of the following:
Students are required to complete an enrolment form to enrol with the Provider. The enrolment form will be made available to Ace Aviation students on their student center – online portal.
The students are required to complete the necessary Gap training and produce their RePL license & AROC OR equivalent to qualify for the certificate III in Aviation – AVI30419 Remote Pilot.
Complaints and Appeals
Ace Aviation takes any complaints seriously and a thorough internal investigation will be conducted if a student wishes to make a complaint or appeal towards any decisions made. This process can be initiated by the student via logging in the student center and formally lodging a complaint.
No refund will be provided if a student wishes to seek a refund due to quality of training. However, a full investigation will be carried out in any such instance and a suitable option will be provided to complete your course with us.
Government Grant
The government grant is available for Ace Aviation students upon meeting certain requirements set out by the government grant provider (SCOW). A student can only attend a class if the government grant has been approved by the government grant provider and the course fees has been fully paid to Ace Aviation.
Any pending documents or pending payments is the student’s responsibility and should be directly coordinated with the government grant provider.
If you have not completed the government grant application process but would like to start the RePL Training with us, you are required to pay the course fees in full to us before starting RePL Training. (Please note: this amount is not the same as the co-contribution amount for the government grant)
Once the government grant has been approved and payment of course fees has been received by Ace Aviation from the government grant provider to fund your course, Ace Aviation will refund the initial payment made by you.
Ace Aviation Scholarship
The Ace Aviation Scholarship will be awarded to successful applicants upon passing the requirements. Ace Aviation reserves its rights to decide on the contribution amount paid towards the scholarship, to a successful applicant.
Altitude+ Terms
Altitude+ is provided to all students who sign up for either the bronze, silver or gold package. Your account will be issued automatically along with your student portal login details upon signup. Additional feature of Altitude+ will need to be requested. These features include:
Upon making a request for the above features, Ace Aviation will verify that the following has occurred:
Your portal will only be activated once we have received and processed full payment of fees unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing to a staff member of Ace Aviation. Altitude+ benefits are valid for a period of 12 months. Students who wish to seek a refund should note that their Altitude+ Membership will be revoked. This includes the following if issued:
Ace Aviation reserves the right to terminate the Altitude+ Benefits, at its discretion.
ReOC Assistance Services
If this service is availed separately or as part a course package, ReOC Assistance Services, which included the CASA fees, can only be used within 182 days upon completion of the RePL Training.
Any fees paid towards your ReOC Assistance Service, which include the CASA fees, will be forfeited on the 183rd day.
Upon registration for the ReOC consultation Services (Express ReOC), the Remote Operators Certificate To-Do list section will be activated under your student’s to-do list section in the student centre. If a student wishes to seek additional assistance for interview preparation, the fees payable for this component is $100 per consultation for a 1.5-hour session. The booking for this service should be made ahead of time and where a student decides not to participate or in the event of a no show, the $100 fee will be forfeited by the student to Ace Aviation.
It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that all sections under the Remote Operators Certificate To-Do list are completed for Ace Aviation to action the following:

Failing of Assessments/ Uncompleted Assessments
Student Policies, Rules and Regulation for Assessments
Student policies, rules and regulations for assessments will be made available you during the time of assessment. Students are required to read these policies and acknowledge them prior to the commencement of theory and practical assessments.

Certificate III in Aviation (Remote Pilot Line of Sight) certificate and transcript will only be issued:
Ezidebit charges an administration fee and a transaction fee, therefore, students who opt to pay via Ezidebit (monthly payments) will incur such charges which is covered by Ace Aviation.
If a student wished to seek a refund, a fee of 10% admin, processing, and cancelation fee of the already paid amount will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellation, Refund and Schedule Change
If you decide to cancel your enrolment after signing this service agreement, STRICTLY NO REFUND will be provided.
Ace Aviation reserves the right to engage an external debt collection agency in the event of cancellation of the course without any formal evidence or seek legal action towards recovering the owing amount mentioned on this contract upon being signed by you.
For cancellation due to compassionate reasons, student must provide supporting documents. This may still be subject for approval of Ace Aviation. Such documents may go through further check and investigation. Upon approval of refund by the management, funds may be processed in 7 – 14 banking days.
If you decide to change/move training schedule, and it is:
Ace Aviation reserves the right to change or alter the training location more than 24 hours in advanced of the course start date.
Ace Aviation reserves the right to cancel its theory or practical training sessions due to low attendee numbers with 24 hours’ notice.
Ace Aviation reserves the right to change or alter the training sessions due to a global pandemic (such as COVID-19), lockdowns, natural disasters with 24 hours’ notice.
If the course location is more than 150km away from the original location, you may request a refund for the practical component of the course.
Quality of training
Ace Aviation strives constantly to provide its students with high quality training. All our training materials are approved by CASA.
Our trainers hold all relevant qualification which are required by CASA to be able to conduct training.

Security
All online credit card transactions performed on the ACE AVIATION’s website, using the Stripe payment gateway, are secured payments.

Terms of Signup
A quote will be emailed to you once you are signed up/enrolled with us.
The quote has a cooling off period of two (2) calendar days. After the two (2) calendar days, the quote will expire and an invoice will be sent to you.
During the cooling off period, you can opt to cancel the quote with no penalties by clicking the decline button on the quotation sent to you or by emailing your request to [email protected]
Your enrolment is only cancelled if you receive a “confirmation of cancellation” email from us.
If no cancellation request is received during the cooling off period, the quote will be turned into an invoice and your enrolment with Ace Aviation will be confirmed.
Payment for invoices shall be made within STRICTLY seven business days (7) from date of the invoice for the full amount unless an alternative payment arrangement has been discussed and agreed in writing. Please email either [email protected] or [email protected]
Should payment not be made within STRICTLY seven (7) business days we reserve the rights to commence external debt collection.
For students who are seeking co-contribution from the government (SCOW or VERTO), the due date for the invoice is left open.
Certificate III in Aviation Program is delivered on behalf of the following:
Students are required to fill out an enrolment form to formally enrol with the provider. The enrolment form will be made available to Ace Aviation students on their student center – online portal.
The students are required to complete the necessary Gap training and produce their RePL licence & AROC to qualify for the certificate III in Aviation – AVI30419 Remote Pilot Visual Line of Sight.
A $50 printing and shipping cost will be invoiced if the student wishes to have a printed/hard copy of their Certificate III in Aviation (Remote Pilot Line of Sight).

If availed in a course package, ReOC Assistance Services (Express ReOC) component can only be used within 182 days upon completion of the RePL Training otherwise any fees received by Ace Aviation for Express ReOC will be forfeited on the 183th day.
If availed as a separate component, ReOC Assistance Services (Express ReOC) can only be used within 6 months upon payment otherwise any fees received by Ace Aviation for Express ReOC will be forfeited on the 182nd day.
1-on-1 ReOC Consultation Assistance Services are divided in 2 components:

In registration of ReOC Assistance Services, the Remote Operators Certificate To-Do list section will be activated under your Student’s to-do list section in the Student center.
It is your duty to ensure that the all the sections under the Remote Operators Certificate To-Do list is completed for us to action the following:

Ace Aviation accepts Zip Money when paying for your course. Just select the Zip Money option on step 3 of the enrolment form. Once you have chosen the Zip Money option, one of our enrolment officers will be directly in touch with you to invite you to start an application with Zip Money.
Zip Money will conduct their own credit checks to determine your eligibility. Once your finance has been approved through Zip Money and Ace Aviation has received your tuition fees, you will be entitled to all course materials and benefits (Altitude+) and will be formally placed on the course.
Please note that Ace Aviation does not provide refunds to any course enroled and paid through Zip Money.

Ace Aviation reserves the right to seek legal action and to use an external debt collection agency in the event of cancellation of the course without any formal evidence.

In the current situation of the global pandemic reoccurring in your chosen location of training, we’ll assist you to make changes to your booking, removing any change or rescheduling fees.
Please note that refund is not applicable for students who wish to cancel their course during this time as Ace Aviation will be making all efforts to provide the most flexible learning experience for our students to complete their course during this challenging period.
No refund will be provided to in the event we must cancel a class due to lock down or one of our trainers in unable to travel to the training location to conduct the class. During such event, we’ll assist you to make changes to your booking, removing any change or rescheduling fees.
