• CASA licence/certificate issuance is subject to completing assessment and applicable CASA requirements; training does not guarantee approval or employment.
• Certificate III in Aviation is a separate optional $1,899 course, not included in this package.
• Night VLOS training alone does not authorise night operations; the operator needs the applicable ReOC framework and approvals.
• AROC alone does not grant controlled-airspace access; obtain all applicable operational permissions.
• ReOC setup includes the CASA application fee, not guaranteed certificate approval. CASA independently determines the approved operator scope.
• DroneWork access is not a job allocation or income guarantee; educational equipment pricing is subject to eligibility.
• Confirm service hours, duration and access terms for human support, UAMP, refresher access, networking and transport reimbursement with ACE; no unlimited round-the-clock support is promised.
• Flex Plan follows a CASA-compliant modular timetable; confirm scheduling with ACE. Unlimited learning pass refers to eligible training content/refreshers, not unlimited instructor support.
• BVLOS OCTA preparation alone does not authorise BVLOS; CASA operational approval is separate.
• First Mission Assist is a 30-minute briefing to plan the first opportunity under your ReOC and operations manual; not a guaranteed paid mission.
• BVLOS theory is optional and is not an operational approval; confirm its selection and delivery. CASA assesses all special operations independently.
