Effective for all enrolments made after 25 October 2021
Registering your interest to undertake a training program with Ace Aviation can be done by:
Once you have registered for an Ace Aviation training program, you will receive an email confirmation from us with a training agreement. The training agreement will outline the details of the course you selected during the registration process, course fees, and other important information about the course.
If any information in the training agreement is incorrect or you do not understand the terms and conditions, please contact one of our sales team to discuss. Do not sign the training agreement until all information is correct and you understand the terms and conditions.
There is a two (2) day cooling off period from the date of signing the training agreement. It is very important that you carefully read the training agreement and ensure it is correct before you sign it.
Once the two (2) day cooling off period expires, the training agreement is a legally binding agreement between you and Ace Aviation, which means that you and Ace Aviation are legally required to fulfil the terms and conditions, including payment of the course fees outlined in the training agreement.
If you wish to change your mind after signing the training agreement and within the 2-day cooling off period, please contact us via enrolments@aaa.edu.au to notify us of your intention not to continue with the training agreement.
Once the two (2) day cooling off period expires, you will be issued with a username and password to access online learning content. The learning portal will only be activated when you have made payment of the course fees as outlined in the training agreement.
Payment of course fees can be made instantly via selecting the credit card or PayPal option on the Terms of Signup section of this agreement.
An invoice will be issued to you and payment towards this invoice shall be made within strictly seven (7) business days from the date of the invoice for the full amount, unless an alternative payment arrangement has been discussed and agreed in writing. Please email enrolments@aaa.edu.au or finance@aaa.edu.au.
Upon signing the training agreement, you are agreeing to undertake the course with us and will be automatically liable to make full payment of the course fees. In circumstances where your chosen payment option is not accepted, Ace Aviation will issue an invoice outlining when the final payment is due.
Should payment of course fees not be made within strictly seven (7) business days after the invoice is issued, Ace Aviation reserves the right to commence external debt collection and/or legal action for breach of the training agreement.
For students seeking co-contribution from the government (SCOW), the due date for the invoice is left open until notification is provided to Ace Aviation as to whether government co-contribution has been accepted or rejected.
Once you have paid the course fees, you will receive an email along with an SMS which will allow you to plan your entire journey with us (face to face webinars, practical training, theory exams, etc.).
You will also be issued with a username and password to your "Student Centre", which will become active within 30 minutes after enrolling.
If you are having issues logging in, contact us at elfs@aaa.edu.au.
From the time of purchase, your logins and enrolled course are valid for a period of 12 months. No refund will be provided for students who request a refund once Ace Aviation has received full payment from SCOW.
If you decide to cancel your enrolment after signing this service agreement, STRICTLY NO REFUND will be provided.
Ace Aviation reserves the right to engage an external debt collection agency in the event of cancellation of the course without any formal evidence, or seek legal action towards recovering the owing amount mentioned in the signed contract.
For cancellation due to compassionate reasons, the student must provide supporting documents. This may still be subject to approval by Ace Aviation. Such documents may go through further check and investigation. Upon approval of refund by management, funds may be processed in 7–14 banking days.
If a student wishes to seek a refund, a fee of 10% admin, processing, and cancellation fee of the already paid amount will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
