Yes. The CASA application fees for both your RePL and your AROC are included, along with your theory assessment, practical flight assessment, the training aircraft and all learning materials — plus the unlimited learning pass and Night VLOS training. There's nothing extra to pay CASA.
A Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) in the sub-25kg multi-rotor category, plus your AROC (Aeronautical Radio Operator Certificate).
