Questions
No prior experience is necessary. Our training is designed for complete beginners, and our instructors take participants from the fundamentals to an assessment-ready standard.
No. Training aircraft are supplied for practical training and assessment, so participants don't need to buy or bring anything.
CASA doesn't set a minimum age to hold a RePL, but operator accreditation for excluded-category flying requires participants to be at least 16, and in practice ACE trains students from around 16. The RePL includes an English Language Proficiency (ELP) assessment. If you're unsure whether the course suits a participant, call us before you book.
Our published terms apply: moving a training date within 24 hours of the scheduled session incurs a $300 change-of-schedule fee, and flying hours missed because of weather are rescheduled at no charge. Talk to us before booking if a participant's circumstances may affect attendance.
Yes, we can arrange group sessions.
No training can guarantee employment. Graduates receive a recognised CASA licence and complimentary access to DroneWork, ACE's commercial jobs and opportunities network.
Full enrolment conditions are in our terms and refund policy.
