From aircraft ownership to your first job
Buying an agricultural drone is only the beginning. ACE Aviation Director Charles Chow designed the XAG Job Ready course himself to bridge the gap between owning an aircraft and knowing how to use it safely, compliantly and confidently on a real job.
The course connects pilot licensing, XAG systems training and ReOC pathway support with guided on-site experience. It is about more than learning the controls: understanding your aircraft, planning the work, assessing the site and knowing which approvals and operating limits apply are all part of preparing to operate responsibly.
Guided on-site training brings these elements together as you prepare for your first job. With experienced trainers alongside you, you can ask questions, understand why each step matters and put your skills into practice. The goal is practical understanding and confidence—not just aircraft ownership.
