With the COVID-19 virus being declared a global pandemic, we wanted to share some important information about the steps we’re taking to support you during these uncertain times.
Our first priority is the safety and wellbeing of our students, our people and the general public. We’re closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and, following the advice of the government authorities, we will respond to any updated recommendations.
Like many organisations, the impact of COVID-19 has changed, the way we operate.
Ace Aviation is well prepared and here to help
Ace Aviation will remain operating as per normal – unless and until we are forced into a lockdown.
We will also enable learning online face to face classes for those who are affected in locations where classes had to be cancelled .
None of our staff is exhibiting any symptoms of the virus, and we have strict protocols in-place to reduce the threat to our staff and students.
We have implemented social distancing measures, and respectfully request that anyone who has come into contact with someone suffering from corona virus or who is experiencing any symptoms of the virus or generally unwell, please refrain from visiting Ace Aviation and instead contact the course coordinator to be rescheduled to a later course.
Ace Aviation is committed to supporting our students and with this in mind we have introduced more hand sanitation, complete daily sanitation of the classroom and increased sanitation in the common areas. Each staff member and student will also have their temperature taken before entry to the classroom.
The theory component of the course is held in a large dedicated classroom, where, with a maximum of 10 students per course, we can easily maintain social distancing. The instructor student ratios easily comply with government regulations for the outdoor practical aspects.
We will provide updates if there are any significant changes in our operations.
As always, we thank you for your continued support. We hope that each of you is able to get through the current crisis with minimal negative effects.
The Ace Team
